1st Workshop in the COSIMENA Funded Series “Towards Branching and Multitone Learning for Flexible and Inclusive Higher Education”
The event is organized in cooperation with SRH University Heidelberg and Ain Shams University, within the framework of the COSIMENA Call for Partnership 2026. The two-day workshop is dedicated to exploring branching and multitone learning as an emerging framework for creating flexible and inclusive learning pathways within regular higher education programmes.
The workshop connects educational theory, curriculum design, quality assurance, competence-based assessment, and institutional implementation. It focuses on how institutions can support diverse learners through multiple valid routes to the same learning outcomes while maintaining academic standards, programme coherence, and transparent assessment criteria.

Registration is required. Due to limited seat capacity, registration does not automatically guarantee participation. Submitted registrations will be reviewed through a selection process. Selected applicants will receive an official invitation letter from the DAAD Regional Office Cairo with the workshop participation details.
After registration, selected participants will receive a confirmation email with all necessary information approximately 14 days before the event.
