Call for Participation: Workshop on Inclusive Universities and Sustainable Development Goals

The DAAD Regional Office Cairo invites you to participate in a workshop entitled “Inclusive Universities and Sustainable Development Goals”. The workshop is organised in cooperation with Galala University and Dresden University of Technology (TUD. within the framework of the DAAD project “Clusters of Scientific Innovation in the Middle East and North Africa” (COSIMENA).

The workshop aims to shed light on the following perspectives

Accessibility on Campus through Architectural Design and Urban Settings
Admission of Students with Disabilities in Universities
Removing Barriers in the Educational System
Funding Programs for Inclusive Universities
Inclusive Universities and Their Role in Achieving SDGs

Target Group

Academics, professionals, NGOs, the private sector, officials from ministries and universities, funding agencies, and other relevant institutions.
