Ausschreibung: das Internationale Parlaments-Stipendium (IPS) 2026!

Der Deutsche Bundestag vergibt mit der Freien Universität Berlin, der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin und der Technischen Universität Berlin jährlich etwa 120 Stipendien für junge Hochschulabsolvent/innen aus 50 Nationen .  

Das Programm dauert insgesamt 5 Monate. Es beinhaltet einen Theorieteil zu Parlamentarischer Demokratie, Pluraler Gesellschaft und Erinnerungskultur, der mit Workshops, Seminaren und Vorträgen gestaltet wird. Ergänzt wird der Theorieteil durch akademische Angebote der Berliner Universitäten. Der Praxisteil umfasst das dreimonatige Praktikum in einem Abgeordnetenbüro.

Wer kann sich bewerben?

  • Ägyptische Staatsbürger/innen (auch mit doppelter Staatsbürgerschaft)

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (B.A., M.A., Diplom etc.) – Fachhochschulabschluss reicht nicht aus

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2)

  • Politisches und gesellschaftliches Interesse

  • Gesellschaftliches Engagement

  • Geboren nach dem 1. März 1996
