In October 2017 the DAAD organised a Solar Energy Exhibition to kick off COSIMENA’s Energy Cluster with a networking event. The high number of exhibited posters and participants reflected the great interest. With this in mind, the DAAD hosted an Energy Efficiency Conference in November.

COSIMENA collaborated with the American University in Cairo to organise the Third International Conference on Solar Energy Solutions for Electricity and Water Supply in Rural Areas from 7–10 November 2018.

Conference

COSIMENA organised the Egyptian-German Energy Cluster Conference "Energy-Efficient Buildings for the Future" in collaboration with the German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the KfW Development Bank on 12 November 2017.
