Workshop & Training

Between Sunday, October 29th, and Thursday, November 2nd, 2023, the DAAD Regional Office in Cairo organised a training and workshop in cooperation between the COSIMENA project and DKA Akademie. In light of the current global context, which requires the dissemination of reliable scientific information on an increasingly large variety of topics, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, without doubt gaining scientific communication skills has become fundamental. In acknowledging this urgent need, this five-day workshop offered the opportunity to twenty-two researchers and scientists residing in Egypt from various fields of specialisation to develop their skills in effective science communication through a combination of theoretical discussions and practical exercises.
