DAAD Regional Office Cairo

The DAAD Regional Office Cairo is offering a platform for networking, cooperation and research activities between Egyptian and German universities and research institutes. With various attractive funding schemes, the DAAD offers funding opportunities to Egyptian scientists as well as scientists from Germany for research stays and projects.

The DAAD office in Cairo is located on the Nile island of Zamalek, in the center of Cairo.

The Cairo office is the contact point for all German students who are studying or intend to study at an Egyptian university, as well as for all Egyptian students who are interested in studying in Germany.

It offers individual advice and assistance with scholarship applications and selection, as well as regular and varied events in Cairo and Egypt.
