Shifting back to In-Presence Counselling

While we have successfully developed alternative concepts to conduct our counselling services online, we are now glad to return to in-presence counselling. This gives us the opportunity to provide you with all the information you need if you plan to conduct your studies and/or research in Germany on a more personal level in face-to-face meetings.

In the framework of our offer “Individual Counselling for Postgraduates” which takes place every Monday and Wednesday from 10 am until 12 am, you have the chance to attend your counselling session either online or face-to-face with one of our counsellors on the premises of the DAAD Regional Office Cairo. During your individual session, you have the opportunity to raise your questions to an experienced counsellor of the DAAD and to discuss further issues that might be of importance for your plans to study or do research in Germany. Due to the current situation, we have developed a concept for the realisation of our in-presence counselling that allows for a safe counselling with regard to the general Covid-19 social distancing and hygiene regulations.
