The event aims to shed light on the following perspectives

• Economic-Financial Sustainability: financing urban development, feasibility analysis, and real estate economics
• Social, Cultural & Environmental Sustainability: governance of urban development, informal settlements, public space, and environmental dimensions
• Applied Urban Design: developing visionary integrated frameworks for a real inner-city site in Cairo provided by the Urban Development Fund Egypt

Target Group

Master’s students and young professionals (within 1–5 years of graduation) in Architecture, Urban Design, Urban Development, and Real Estate Management from Egyptian universities. Max. 25 participants, with attention to gender balance.
